General Help

The rankings are for a calendar year ie 01/01/2009 -31/12/2009
The tables are set to show the top 50

The left hand menu has two separate sections Rankings and underneath Submissions each of these sections are in year groups.

There are separate forms for submissions and for viewing the rankings both are available on the left hand menu

Submission Form Help

Select the appropriate submission form from the left hand menu or below
 

Male/Female: Select your gender from the drop down box

Age Group: Select your age group from the drop down box

Event: Select your Event from the drop down box

Performance: Enter your performance
Examples
Sprints 12.04  middle/long distance 02:15.03 (important to place the '0' in times under 10 minutes)
Jumps/Throws 1.85  30.62
Multi Event  Enter your total points 2135

Timing: Denotes whether the time is electronic or hand held, the default is electronic, if hand held time click on the hand radio button

Wind Speed: Not all results have a windspeed if you do not know the windspeed leave this field blank.

Name: Enter your name

State: Enter the state where you are registered as a masters athlete.

Meet Location: The location at which the result was achieved. eg QSAC

Email Address: Your email address

Verification Website address: if the result is published on a website enter it here this is optional if your submission is disputed and there is no web check available you will be contacted via your email address.

Meet Date: Enter the date of the event in the format dd-mm-yyyy   eg 03-05-2009 

Record: If your submission for the event has set a record ie World, Australian or State  enter in this field eg WR, AR, QR if not leave blank.

Submit Button: When you have completed the form click on the submit button and your result will be automatically added to the database in its ranking position, tables are set to show the top 50.

Viewing the Rankings

Make your selection from the Rankings Section in the left hand menu, select gender, event and age group and press the submit button. to view another ranking list repeat the process.
